Educational Leadership Program

The Master of Science in Education application (an Adobe Acrobat file) is completed and submitted as an email attachment.

Instructions for completing the Master of Science in Education application:

1. Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or newer is required to complete this application form. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader you may download it now by clicking on this link: http://get.adobe.com/reader/.

2. Click here to open the Master of Science in Education (Educational Leadership) application.

3. Save the blank application form to your desktop. Complete the form, save, and email it as an attachment, along with your essay(s), to umfmasters@maine.edu.

4. Other application materials must be mailed to:

PLEASE NOTE: Official transcripts must be mailed directly from institutions to the address above. Transcripts will not be accepted from the student.
